Registration and Waiver Forms
Baseball: Boys ages 4-13. Age is based upon the age as of date of August 1st of each year. This program is held throughout the week and on weekends at the fields located at the Pendleton Athletic Park in Falmouth. The divisions are t-ball, machine pitch and kids’ pitch.. The Registration Form is available in mid-March.
Softball: Girls ages 4-13. Age is based upon the age as of date of August 1st of each year. This program is held throughout the week and on weekends at the fields located at the Pendleton Athletic Park in Falmouth. The divisions are t-ball, machine pitch and kids’ pitch.. Basketball: Available to youth entering 2nd-12th grade. This program is held during the week and on the weekends at Northern Elementary, Southern Elementary, and Phillip Sharp Middle School. The divisions are 2nd & 3rd grade elementary instructional league, 4th & 5th grade, boys & girl’s teams, 6-7-8 middle school intramurals, and high school intramurals.
Cheerleading: Grades 1st-6th. Each participant is required to have an updated physical on file with Pendleton County Recreation before they will be able to participate in the program.
Football: Grades 1st-6th. Practices are held 3 nights per week at the Athletic Park with teams traveling to surrounding counties. Each participant is required to have an updated physical on file with Pendleton County Recreation before they will be able to participate in the program. Each participant is required per league rules to complete 10 practices before they will be allowed to play in a game.
Soccer: 4 years old-8th grade on Saturday mornings at the Pendleton Athletic Park. The divisions are pre-k boys & girls, 1st & 2nd grade boys & girls, 3rd & 4th grade boys & girls, and 5th-8th grade boys & girls.
Summer Recreation Program – Available to children entering Kindergarten-8th grade during the month of June at Southern Elementary. The days are filled with crafts, field trips, guest speakers, and swimming at Kincaid State Park.
