Any citizen in the county that has special needs should complete the attached form (click on form to open) and send it to the Pendleton County Emergency Operations Center, 2275 Highway 27 North, Falmouth, Kentucky 41040. This information will assist emergency services in locating you and caring for your special need during any type of disaster, emergency or even power outage.
