The Pendleton County Extension District Board is a legally recognized governmental subdivision that oversees local fiscal, financial, and business matters for county cooperative extension services. They prepare the annual district budget, enter into memoranda of agreement with the Extension Service, and oversee public resources (e.g., funding local 4-H or agriculture extension offices).
They meet on average about every three months. Meetings are held at the Pendleton County Extension Office. Meeting times re usually at 5:30pm but occasionally can be variable by 30 minutes or so.
