SERIOUS HEALTH RISK: Today’s trash is different; plastics, chemicals, and numerous other synthetic materials are far more common in the stuff we throw away. Burning this trash releases high levels of toxic pollutants such as dioxins, sulfur dioxide, lead, and mercury. 859.428.1212 before starting any fire in Pendleton County. Any person wishing to burn must be able to control such a fire so as to prevent it from causing damage to property or structures not intended for burning. Any person who has completed a burning process must notify the Kentucky State Police immediately upon completion.
