In order to get any type of FEMA support we must do damage assessments. This is done with an app that will upload information that can be reviewed by FEMA. This requires someone coming to your residence where you suffered water damages.
Please fill out this very simple form so we know where you live and what damage you suffered. Someone with the city or county will then stop by to do the assessment. It will take only about 15 minutes or less to do the assessment but they are very important to any reimbursement process we may get.
Submitting is information does not in anyway guarantee you are eligible or will receive assistance.
If you are a renter or homeowner you may qualify for assistance. By law, assistance cannot duplicate the assistance you receive from your insurance company, but you may receive assistance for items not covered by insurance, if and when a Presidential Declaration is declared.
FEMA does not offer assistance for your secondary home. Federal guidelines only allow us to provide housing assistance when your primary residence is impacted by a presidentially-declared disaster. You may or may not be contacted by someone in our office in regards to this submission.
